As a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I take a holistic approach to mental health care. I believe optimal wellbeing involves caring for both mind and body. In my practice, I get to know each client as a whole person – their personal and family background, lifestyle factors, and current life situation – rather than focusing narrowly on symptoms.
My goal is to empower individuals facing mental health challenges to improve their quality of life. I partner with clients to develop customized treatment plans that may include medication management, counseling referrals, nutrition and exercise modifications, stress reduction techniques, and building social support networks.
With many years of experience, I have successfully helped adults, adolescents, and older adults manage conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, and more. I bring compassion, active listening skills, and a collaborative spirit to each client relationship.
If you or a loved one is looking for a caring PMHNP mental health provider, I invite you to schedule a consultation to explore whether we might be a good fit to work together. My approach is to always treat each person with dignity while offering hope and practical solutions.
