What would your clients and colleagues say is your therapist superpower?
My clients and colleagues often say my superpower is creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and safe. I have a natural ability to connect with others on a deep level, helping them feel understood and supported as they navigate their healing journey.
What is one thing that you have learned through your own therapy?
One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned through my own therapy is the importance of self-compassion. True healing happens when we stop judging ourselves harshly and start treating ourselves with the same kindness we offer others.
What does a typical session with you look like?
A typical session with me is a blend of deep exploration, practical tools, and a compassionate, non-judgmental space. I tailor each session to my client’s needs, whether that means processing past trauma, developing coping strategies, or integrating insights from a ketamine journey. My goal is always to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and move toward lasting change.
Is there an example from your daily life where you practice what you preach?
Absolutely. I prioritize self-care and inner work just as I encourage my clients to do. Whether it’s through meditation, movement, time in nature, or my own therapy and ketamine journeys, I make sure to nurture my own well-being so I can show up fully for my clients.
