Connection is essential, and one of our most vital connections is with ourselves. Living in conflict with ourselves can create deep emotional pain, making it of the utmost importance that we treat ourselves with loving kindness instead of criticism or blame. Welcome to Everlasting Connection Therapy, my private practice. I’m Jamisyn Atlas, MA, LMFT 150690, and I genuinely feel privileged to accompany you on your journey toward wellness. My goal is to empower you to nurture your relationship with yourself and cultivate a truly fulfilling life. We’ll begin with an assessment process, where we’ll collaboratively explore the challenges you’re facing and any areas where you wish to grow. Through emotion-focused therapy and mindfulness techniques, we will work together to heal your emotional pain and help you reconnect with your inherent self-worth, all within a safe and supportive environment. You are not alone in this journey; I’m here to support you every step of the way!
I understand that seeking support can be a significant step, and I want to make this process as seamless as possible for you. I offer both in-person sessions in Irvine, CA, and virtual options to suit your needs and preferences. My office hours are Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 7 pm, but I’m happy to accommodate your schedule if these times don’t work for you. Each session typically lasts 45 to 55 minutes, allowing us to delve into what is most meaningful for you. The standard fee is $175 per session, but I also provide a sliding scale/reduced rate option based on evidence of need, as I believe in making healthcare accessible to everyone in our community.
I invite you to connect with me for a free 15 to 20 minute video consultation. This will allow us to discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit. I’m here to answer any questions you might have, and I look forward to meeting you!
What would your clients and colleagues say is your therapist superpower?
Clients and colleagues have shared that my greatest strength as a therapist lies in my ability to offer insight. It can be very challenging to see a situation clearly when you’re right in the middle of it. Having a caring, outside perspective can provide the clarity you need to explore new ways to respond as you move forward.
What is one thing that you have learned through your own therapy?
As someone who has personally experienced therapy, my most significant takeaway has been understanding what makes Jamisyn Atlas uniquely herself and accepting her as the imperfect human she is. I am dedicated to helping you learn how to nurture yourself with loving kindness throughout your therapeutic journey so that you can embrace your authentic self as a lifelong practice.
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Having navigated my own journey through mental health challenges, the support of a caring therapist empowered me to overcome my struggles rather than suffer in pain alone. Therapy facilitated deep healing within me, and I am committed to giving back and supporting others on their healing journeys. Life is precious, and I truly believe we should strive to live it to the fullest.
