Hello and welcome, I am glad you stopped by. I am a relational and experiential Integrative Psychotherapist. I am passionate about working with my clients holistically by weaving mind, body and soul therapeutic approaches to help them address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, perfectionism and burnout, relationship issues, childhood and generational trauma, multicultural and multigenerational relational challenges, spiritual emergence and abuse, life, career and identity transitions, grief and loss.
My style of therapy is holistic and integrative, I am compassionate, curious, open and direct, and work collaboratively with my clients. My holistic approach combines relational (psychodynamic), nervous system focused (somatic) and insight oriented (depth psychology) evidence-based practices to help clients recognize, process and shift deep seated attachment patterns that cause their psychobiological symptoms and relational difficulties. I am a NARM® Therapist (NeuroAffective Relational Model) trained in working with people who have experienced early developmental trauma and complex PTSD. I am a Certified Grief Educator, I understand grief and meet clients where they are to support them through the heartbreak of loss to find healing and hope. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I weave in mindfulness, art and nature therapy into my work to support each client’s individual needs.
As an LGBTQ+ affirming and social justice-oriented therapist, I bring life affirming, culturally sensitive and nurturing presence to creating a safe holding environment that is essential for healing and transformation. I work with teens, adults and relationships wanting to heal and grow. I invite you to reach out to explore how I could support you.
