I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over eleven years of experience who wants to help you use your undiscovered strengths and natural resilience to reconnect with your dreams, hopes, and goals. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, or cultural identity issues, my practice is equipped to guide you through your journey with compassion and expertise. I also offer a uniquely supportive environment for first-generation Americans and bilingual individuals. My commitment is to create a supportive, non-judgemental, space that allows clients to explore their identities, heal from their past and build a hopeful future.
I specialize in trauma-informed care that not only acknowledges but deeply understands the pressures and challenges unique to your experiences. Whether we meet in-person or online, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Together, we will explore strategies to strengthen your self-esteem, manage your symptoms, develop coping skills to regain control of your emotions and foster a more fulfilling life, all while integrating the rich tapestry of your cultural background into our sessions.
Is there an example from your daily life where you practice what you preach?
Morning runs, praying, meditating and practicing gratitude helps me connect with myself.
If you are ready to cultivate a deeper enduring sense of self worth, empowerment, foster a greater sense of self-awareness, heal, embrace your strengths and uncover a new sense of balance. I am here for you.
